All orders are sent out via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.
Royal Mail 2nd Class - £1.50 or FREE on all orders £50 or over, estimated 2-4 business days for delivery. Please note an item can not be classed as lost until 10 working days after despatch, only after this date we can resend/refund the item.
Royal Mail 1st Class - £2.50, estimated 1-2 business days for delivery. Please note an item can not be classed as lost until 10 working days after despatch, only after this date we can resend/refund the item.

Please note that Inch Blue shoes are made to order and can therefore take up to 7 days to arrive.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. First class orders will be prioritised.
We will keep you informed via email on the progress of your order and when it has been dispatched.
Unlike some of our competitors we do not make money on our postage. Royal Mail Standard Delivery is FREE for all orders over £50.
All products are packed professionally and securely before dispatch to ensure they arrive at your door in excellent condition.
Cancellations and Returns
If you change your mind about an order before we despatch it, then contact us asap with your details and we will cancel it immediately, even if you do not have a reason.
If you need to return your purchases then please contact us within 7 days and we will provide you with the return details.
We will be more than happy to offer a refund for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging, with tags intact. You will receive a full refund provided the items are returned in the same condition that they were sent out.
Please note that we will ONLY be able to offer a refund if these conditions are met and failure to comply will result in a delayed or unfulfilled refund.
The costs of returning any non faulty goods are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that a tracked service is used as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
