Delivery

All orders are sent out via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Royal Mail standard parcels normally arrive at their destination within 1-3 business days (1-2 for first class).
Please allow 14 business days and check your local Royal Mail sorting office before contacting us regarding non-delivery.
Please note that Inch Blue shoes are made to order and can therefore take up to 7 days to arrive.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. First class orders will be prioritised.
We will keep you informed via email on the progress of your order and when it has been dispatched.

Unlike some of our competitors we do not make money on our postage. Delivery is £1.89 for all orders ensuring our delivery prices are inexpensive and competitive. And of course don’t forget that shipping is free to the UK when you spend over £34.

All products are packed professionally and securely before dispatch to ensure they arrive at your door in excellent condition.
Orders for Europe: Please note that while we are happy to ship orders to Europe there can be a considerable delay in delivery and we are currently seeing delivery times of up to 5 weeks.

Cancellations and Returns

If you need to return your purchases then please contact us within 7 days and we will provide you with the return details. You will receive a full refund provided the items are returned in the same condition that they were sent out.

If you change your mind about an order before we despatch it then contact us asap with your details and we will cancel it immediately, even if you do not have a reason.

As all inch blue shoes are made to order please note that they can only be returned if there is a problem with the product
