We aim to despatch your order the next working day after receiving it and will email you to keep you up to date with progress. This means that when we change the status of your order (i.e. despatch it) you will recieve an email informing you of this.
Packages are sent via Royal Mail or other well known couriers.
Unlike some of our competitors we do not make money on our postage. Delivery is £1.49 for all orders ensuring our delivery prices are inexpensive and competitive.
And of course dont forget that shipping is free to the UK when you spend over £29.
All products are packed professionally and securely before despatch to ensure they arrive at your door in excellent condition.

Cancellations and Returns

If you need to return your purchases then please contact us within 7 days and we will provide you with the return details. You will receive a full refund provided the items are returned in the same condition that they were sent out.

If you change your mind about an order before we despatch it then contact us asap with your details and we will cancel it immediately, even if you do not have a reason.
