"my order was initially returned by mistake to the post office without me realising. However I received an email from Tiny Tots asking if I still wished to go ahead with my purchase and within a day of me replying by email I had received my order so I can not fault the company. I had searched the website for this particular buggysnuggle and this was the cheapest site too. I would not hestitat to use this company in the future "
